I am thinking of joining Christina's quilt along. I have so many things on the go right now I don't know if I will have time, but it looks like a terrific learning experience. Now I am off to visit a friend in a seniors' residence. She called me last week and asked me to help her with a pattern for slippers. She wants to make some for a craft bazaar her residence is having this fall.
Lovely flowers, Hetty and oh that quilt along looks perfect.
ReplyDeleteNot sure if I should join but it does seem like an opertunity to learn to free motion quilting.
I keep saying I am going to get into those Hexagons. I do like how they look and think I would like the process. Afraid I will become addicted to another process. LOL And the quiltalong sounds fun. I just finished another challenge. Still have a couple of more to finish. SIGH
ReplyDeleteI hope you and your friend have a nice time visiting today and going over the slipper pattern. Your flowers all look very nice...can't wait to see how you use them.
ReplyDeleteThose little flowers are adorable.
ReplyDeleteAnd really like your new pinwheel project.
Great flowers, nice to see the little ones with the big one. Can't you make the flowers into a big hexagon and then sew them together?
ReplyDeleteLovely hexagon flowers and pinwheel blocks. I love pinwheels and the points look great!
