We, the Rouge Valley Quilters, have been issued a challenge by our president. We are to come up with a placemat for a child, based on childrens' literature, songs, poetry or a fairy tale etc. This has to be done by our November meeting at the end of the month. Time is running out. So I decided to work on it this afternoon. I can't show it to you yet. This is all I have so far..
