My Christmas October cactus is in bloom. I don't think I have ever had one in bloom this early. It's a light peach colour. Very pretty!
Maybe it's a Thanksgiving cactus. We celebrate Thanksgiving on the 13th of this month.

I'm craving turkey, stuffing & cranberry - we might have a Canadian Thanksgiving this year. It is a holiday for me already - Columbus Day.
Do remind us a few days out - so I can have a thawed bird at the ready.
You beat me by a few weeks. I have a pale pink one with plump buds and 2 white ones that have smaller buds. My peach one has grown a lot over the summer but no buds yet.
It is really pretty Hetty. We are going to have another heat wave for the next 4 days. I am so not looking forward to it.
